From dance to healing
My journey began with dance, which gave me a deep understanding of the body and its natural wisdom.
Traveling then opened the door to massage therapy, a practice I offered for several years while continuing to explore different healing techniques for my own personal growth.

With roots in dance, years of massage practice, and over a decade working with Access Consciousness®, I guide others to reconnect with their body’s wisdom. Inspired by nature, travel, and human stories, I create spaces where movement and energy bring healing and regeneration.
A hollistic approach Over the past decade, I have trained in and worked extensively with the tools of Access Consciousness®. For more than 10 years, I have been using, sharing, and teaching these powerful methods that create greater ease in the body and mind. I am a free spirit at heart, curious about people, cultures, and the richness of human experience. I find inspiration in nature, in movement, in creative projects, and in the stories of others. Whether through dance, touch, or energy work, I see the body as a gateway to healing and regeneration. Having spent many years in New Zealand, I offered countless treatments along my journey and deepened my holistic connection with the body, always guided by movement, presence, and an open heart.
